How does Trump keep his hair in place?

Just seen Trump and wife going down the steps of a plane in very strong wind. Melania (who should know all the secrets of the beauty world) has her hair flying all round her face while he does not have one hair out of place. How does he do it? It can't just be lacquer. I can look as though I've gone through a hedge backwards just going from the house to the car. I think many women would like to know his secret. It ain't fair!

I reckon its wallpaper paste he uses.

Superglue??

I've seen one photo of him with his hair blowing all over.
He seems to keep his back hair long, it's then brushed forward and curled over his bald patch.

Elnett firm hold. Wouldnt want to see what he looks like first thing in the morning before he's done his hair! grin

His hair is a conundrum isn't it. Mind you, that only reflects the rest of him - very difficult to believe in.

I wish hats on politicians would come back into fashion.

I believe he had a scalp reduction some years agoconfused. He has his hair backcombed into place, and uses loads of hairspray to keep it there. I wonder why he needed a scalp reduction in the first place.

His brain shrank.

We've got carex grass plants in the garden. I have always called them DH's wig. Perhaps Donald grows his own variety? ?

Why mock someone for losing their hair. Mine is falling out rapidly . I wonder if everyone has a good laugh at me when it’s windy .

MissAdventure Sun 04-Mar-18 22:56:42

Oh I feel mean now.
Sorry gilly flowers

A huge quantity of very strong hairspray. During his election campaign he was reported to have said that he would get rid of the totally unecessary environmental protection rules because they were compromising the quality of his hairspray!

According to John Culshaw, who does a brilliant Donald Trump, it's a slab of marzipan.

I don't feel mean. I'm not mocking someone whose hair is falling out. I'm unhappy that a narcissist with racist and sexist belief systems is Potus.

There is scaffolding inside his skull where his brain ought to be. That supports and holds a raft of hair that is partially woven in and out of it. The gaps between the hair shafts are an illusion. The hair raft is held together with a virtually invisible transparent plastic coating which is often mistaken for hairspray.

He really must be unable to see himself as others see him because it's not a flattering style, or one that fools anyone into thinking he has a full head of hair, but just makes him look silly and an object of ridicule. These days men mainly don't do comb overs to disguise a balding area and just shave it all to match. ie Prince William. Losing hair cannot be helped but looking ridiculous can.

KatyK Mon 05-Mar-18 10:28:38

Well I have lost all of my hair and it is indeed no joke but I agree there is no need for him to look so ridiculous. He is a multi millionaire and could easily do something to make himself look better. Maybe he likes the look he has.

Actually, mine was a serious question: I really -would- like to know how he keeps it in place - so I can keep my fly-away hair tidy too. I need to look my best when I go out as I teach and so have a Group of people staring at me all the time. There isn't Always the possibility for touchups first.

vampirequeen Tue 06-Mar-18 07:16:02

He probably thinks he has the best comb over ever in history....ever....no really ever.
