Here she is!

Thought a picture of our Nurse Jacqui would brighten your day! smile
Thank you ladies for your concern, particularly over my bus trip yesterday; the Council has pre-empted my next move by cancelling the service for the duration, so it's been a stay indoors day today. hmm
Now I know how "house arrest" feels, although there's no armed guard at the front door, yet!
More restrictions announced today. Crowd limits set for weddings, funerals, "hairdressers; I can't remember them all, but I expect you're suffering the same. Long queues at the Social Services (Centrelink) of the recently laid-off work force , particularly from the cuts to small businesses. and the not so small, such as big football and rugby clubs not to mention all the Olympic's workforce.
Not much evidence of the problem slowing down, either. sad
On a lighter note! A bit of toilet humour All the attention being paid to loo paper, or rather, lack of brought to mind a very active thread running when I enlisted in GN about 2 years ago, the main theme being centred on the performances that ladies got up to in Public Loos in order to stay "safe." Not only was the seat "papered", but also all the walls! My mind boggled! shock
I wonder if said ladies are carrying out the same defensive manoeuvres at home now that Corona is here? , especially if a "tradie" asks to "use the toilet"! grin
Sorry about that! I'm supposed to be sorting out my messages, but I'm easily led astray, and there's always tomorrow, I hope!.
Weather today has been ordinary; cooler than average, 18C, no rain but constant cloud.
Now the moment of truth! Can I share Jacqui?
Good Health.

Nowt wrong with your message, rufe, so long as Jacqui has agreed to having her photograph published on GN.

I smiled at the story of the public toilet (and wall) cleaning. It is a bit mind-boggling. I'm not sure I'd clean shit off the walls of public loos with just a piece of loo roll. I'd probably just report it though so the job (no pun intended; Scots will get that ?) was done properly.

Hi Rufus Just got in from work. Very eerie driving in and coming home. Feels like a very quiet bank holiday. My hands are so sore from washing.
