Can anyone explain maybe GNHQ. Why threads I am following are not there if I come back to the thread maybe an hour or two later, or,how do I find it again when it’s gone off the list of threads ,

If you've posted on the thread click on "I'm on" at the top of the page.
Otherwise do a search.
