Good morning Mick and everyone. Thank you so much Mick for being up and sending greetings to get us started each day, whatever it may bring. It's been raining in the night here in Cheshire too. I never thought I'd say this, but the garden needed it!
Had an amusing message from the hairdresser yesterday to say Happy Easter and hoped they'd see me again in the not to distant future and to please leave the cutting and the colour to them! I've been going to them for about 20 years so they know me well! I have been tempted to get the scissors out.
I will walk in the woods and later plan to do my daily Zumba gold session on Zoom with my usual instructor. I got a bit muddled yesterday so just jigged around the lounge instead.
Whatever the day brings, stay safe and positive.

Good morning all from a cloudy and cool Glasgow, it's only 3 C.
I spent a very pleasant day yesterday, pottering in the garden and even managed a very early morning sortie down the lane behind our fence and over the field and back. It was so uplifting to be out in the refreshing air.
We never saw a single soul until I spied a girl I was at school with nearly sixty years ago and had to shout an apology for rushing away in the opposite direction.
She shouted: Oh, are you one of those, those ........?, I felt I should have had a big sign pinned to my chest, warning people. 
DD and SIL arrived with a care package and potatoes to plant. I think they feel the need to keep me occupied.
I no problems on that score!
They stayed at the bottom of the garden while I sat inside at the kitchen door. It was great to see them.
DS faced timed while they were there, so that added to their pleasure when they got a chance to speak to DGD, although the wifi didn't quite reach where they were standing. What a palaver trying to pass the phone to each other and to keep our distance at the same time.
DD ended up going home with an ever bigger care package than she brought: a full turkey dinner, including gravy and stuffing , hot cross buns and Easter nests made to the Mars bar cake recipe.
My mother always had a saying: A gaun fit's aye gettin .., it literally means, that a vistor never leaves empty handed and my DD has a reputation for never leaving empty handed, much to her brothers amusement . 
I went to leave some Easter, chocolate nests on my neighbours back step, as a thank for getting me milk etc, while she was out for a walk. Keeping my distance, you know!
I have never seen such a pristine back garden! The decking was the cleanest, I have ever seen. It was like something out of Homes and Gardens.
I was surprised to see all these beautiful plants in huge glazed pots, as she and her husband hate gardening.
It turned out the were all artificial, but you would never have known it!! I thought they looked fabulous, I now have garden envy!! 
For all those who are struggling at this time and there are many on GN, the stress is palpable in some of the posts.
Susan, I hope wee Henry is improving. Gilly, I felt so awful reading your posts yesterday, but remember, they are scammers, they didn't deliberately choose you, it's a random thing.
