We’ve ( well DH not me) hauled a wrought iron gate that was made for the side pathway, out of the brambles where it has languished for 20 years and has fixed the hinges up and it’s done, well almost, just the tricky thing about how to fix a lock on it.its incredibly heavy, but it’s up, he wants to have it shot blasted and painted but I like the shabby look, but we will save that argument for another day.
Anyway it’s up, I had to stand next to him to give moral support and pass the screws, hammer, and other bits and bobs.
Now we are having a cup of tea and a Wagon Wheel!
