Yes! I do believe it's Sunday! wink Not a sunny day though and not a hot one either. Max 13C again. I feel I'm forever tweaking the thermostat up all day; getting older by the minute! sad
On that theme, we had some good news about "Rules" relaxation in that I can have up to 50 worshippers at my funeral service! I don't think they would call themselves "Mourners" and in any case I'm requesting to be shipped from where I drop straight to the Crem; Never one to stand on ceremony! grin
Just spoke this evening to Michelle (Bournemouth) and Joan, our neighbour in Windsor the topic of conversation of course, being Corvid 19 and its ramifications., Joan, coming up to 92 next month, annoyed that her OAP Club is shut for the duration.
Wishing you all some good Bank Holiday weather! It probably won't be like any other! Just keep singing Tommy Dorsey's "On the Sunny Side of the Street" smile
Watched a Michael Portillo rail trip from Dawlish to Truro this evening. The river trip was also lovely, (many years ago) and brought back even more memories.
But there you go! The next best thing to actually being there! hmm

Good evening Rufus2. It's warm and breezy here in Oxfordshire. An improvement on yesterday's weather. It lifts my spirits when the sun is shining. I've walked to our local garden centre this afternoon. A long queue, but everyone 2 metres apart, so the wait wasn't long. Stocked up on bird food. The starlings bring their young multiple times a day to feed in my garden. Very noisy they are too. Just going to have a cup of tea and fruit cake. Bye for now. Take care.
