Treating yourself

I don't treat myself, I don't deserve it. I'm too badly behaved! ?

Avocados, mangoes and raspberries.

A good book, usually non-fiction.

Plants for the garden and I treat myself waaaaay to often!

Perfume, shoes, bags, scarves, earrings, anything you like really. But now I don’t as we can’t go anywhere in any case.

Nail polish.

Chocolate and a manicure. I’m very shallow.

Books - on my Kindle or from our local independent bookshop.

Thornton’s fudge.

Perfume from duty free.

A nice new second-hand book from our local second-hand book shop and a lazy evening on the settee reading it.

Wandering around the bookshop deciding what book to buy is part of the indulgence.

Macarons

Plants - house plants, garden plants - and all the associated stuff they need to be properly housed and fed.

Then luxury feeders and food for the birds, like sparrow mix and nyger seeds etc.

Anything with a shell from the fishmonger!

Usually something to do with genealogy - additional access to a website, some certificates I would like but aren't 'vital' or similar

I think Sarah Raven could probably retire on the money I've spent on her seeds/plants/bulbs/garden kit.

Books mainly. And I love little silver rings and treat myself now and again to one from ebay. (new, not used)

Books, if I am feeling really indulgent perfume or expensive chocs.

I order unusual food on my delivery and spend the day cooking then eating it!

Nice - but not too expensive - handcream.

Mine is going to get my hair done because you always feel good , when your hair looks nice .

fabric... and lots of it... i’m a quilter... and fabric gives me a lot of pleasure!
