......or are these Xmas decorations several shades of wrong?

travelsafar Sat 17-Oct-20 08:57:48

Horrible. But some will buy if only for the collectabilty of them for the future.

EllanVannin Sat 17-Oct-20 08:58:06

LauraNorder Sat 17-Oct-20 09:02:34

shysal Sat 17-Oct-20 09:04:18

Not to my taste but amusing nevertheless! grin

Sark Sat 17-Oct-20 09:07:34

PurpleStar Sat 17-Oct-20 09:13:02

Horrible..I've seen ones with Santy,Father christmas, wearing a face covering and also toilet rolls as a Tree ornament...why,just why?hmm

honeyrose Sat 17-Oct-20 09:17:54

I like to think i’ve got a good sense of humour, but I they are in very bad taste. We don’t need a reminder.

Froglady Sat 17-Oct-20 09:24:54

I must be very dim this moment as it took me a little while to work out what was wrong with it.

Ellianne Sat 17-Oct-20 09:28:12

Yuk. Very distasteful.
If I were designing them, the felt ones would be black.

Lisagran Sat 17-Oct-20 09:29:31

.

25Avalon Sat 17-Oct-20 09:45:47

Made in China no doubt

sarahanew Sat 17-Oct-20 09:46:20

Ridiculous, nothing to do with Christmas. I shall certainly not be buying any and would be surprised if anyone I know does!

Grannybags Sat 17-Oct-20 09:50:48

Oh no, I don't like those at all.

Moggycuddler Sat 17-Oct-20 10:00:18

Horrible. Not funny. So many people have lost their lives. It doesn't feel right to make a joke of it like that. And I usually have a good broad sense of humour, Monty Python and all that.

Millie22 Sat 17-Oct-20 10:03:08

No no no definitely not just horrible. Can't really believe anyone could like those.

RosesAreRed21 Sat 17-Oct-20 10:09:25

Think they are awful - certainly won’t be putting them in my tree

Nannapat1 Sat 17-Oct-20 10:12:02

I saw some similar advertised on a well known e-commerce website and wondered who on earth would buy such a thing. It won't be me!

Tanjamaltija Sat 17-Oct-20 10:15:05

Horrid.

4allweknow Sat 17-Oct-20 10:28:45

So sad that someone somewhere will be hoping to make money from these.

marionk Sat 17-Oct-20 10:30:13

Oh dear, for someone who struggled to find the Christmas in llamas and cacti these are absolutely the pits!

Lin663 Sat 17-Oct-20 10:30:18

Nothing wrong with a bit of gallows humour...they made me laugh, but as for forking out folding money and hanging them on my tree? Not a chance!

maddyone Sat 17-Oct-20 10:33:43

Oh my goodness, they’re horrid.

Aepgirl Sat 17-Oct-20 10:45:09

Totally horrid. But of course some will buy them.

schnackie Sat 17-Oct-20 10:46:25

As Travelsafar said, I may buy one as a collectible. People now are so interested in how they coped in 1918 with that pandemic, it might be interesting to my great grandchilden in the future. I certainly agree that it is in completely bad taste and would not display one. Especially as I do not celebrate Christmas grin.
