So will thousands of others hahahahaha, sorry but the safe distance probably won't apply as everyone will be thinking/ doing the same.

Smileless2012 Sun 11-Apr-21 11:20:41

Returning to our holiday lodge that we haven't been too for 6 months.

fairfraise Sun 11-Apr-21 11:22:38

I will have just left the dental hygienist, two years since I last saw one. Hope she doesn't want me to make a further deep cleansing appointment.

Shinamae Sun 11-Apr-21 11:26:20

Will be working tomorrow afternoon but in the morning I am going to go to town to see the queues outside shops especially Primark!!!, personally I do not need anything from the town at the moment.... would have a coffee but I’ve got a feeling the coffee shops will be completely inundated with their limited outside space

Looking at a husband who doesn't resemble the wild man of Borneo. He's booked in for a haircut grin

geekesse Sun 11-Apr-21 11:47:22

...sitting in the second day of a three-day Zoom meeting, scheduled long before the lockdown easing was announced. hmm

Riverwalk Sun 11-Apr-21 11:47:28

..... having a little trot around Peter Jones - if there are queues to get in I'll go another day!

Also hoping to get a hair/pedicure/eyebrow wax appointment some time soon smile

Maggiemaybe Sun 11-Apr-21 11:53:12

Well, in 48 hours I'll be waving goodbye to DH's lockdown hair as it heads for the barber. It's so wild it's developing its own personality, and not a good one at that. I must remember to take a picture for posterity before it goes.

But in 24 hours, oh joy smile, I'll be four hours away from sitting out in our local pub's garden, enjoying a proper pint or two and possibly a pizza. With my big coat on, naturally.

Staying at home while everyone else goes mad but will be at the hairdressers on Wednesday!!

Magnolia62 Sun 11-Apr-21 12:19:10

@fairfraise, don’t get too excited about your hygienist appointment. I went last week after a gap of about 18 months. I was looking forward to sparkly clean teeth, after a good jet wash. Sadly, they are not allowed to use the jet wash thing at the moment due to Covid, so it was a matter of scrape, scrape, scrape! A definite improvement for mine but not a very pleasant experience.

Redhead56 us too, but our walkable local won’t be open until May 17th, if we’re on track then.
In 48 hours I’ll either be at home or at the allotment, no different from the usual.

BlueBelle Sun 11-Apr-21 12:35:49

Heading for our holiday cottage in the Lakes! Although most of the stay will be taken up preparing for paying guests, we'll still have time for some walking and hopefully al fresco eating and drinking!

Susiewong65 Sun 11-Apr-21 12:56:30

I’ll be welcoming my wonderful mobile hairdresser back into my home, all dressed in her PPE, for a very welcome sort out of the ‘shag pile!’

LtEve Sun 11-Apr-21 12:56:51

I’ll be in the gym. Tuesday it’s leg and underarm wax, eyebrows and eyelashes plus a pedicure then the pub for lunch. Thursday it’s haircut and colour. Friday back to work for a rest.
