Looking to book a few days away in either Falmouth or Penzance.
We are in our 60's like walking, antique shops, gardens, markets and off the beaten track pubs.
Any ideas which is the best for us to stay. Hopefully we can go in September.
We have already been to St Ives.
We will have the car to use if needed but prefer to get around on buses or trains if not in walking distance.

Perhaps check out where you can get accommodation it's in tight supply this year

I see what you mean. Accommodation is difficult to find.
Only want bed and breakfast.
I've just booked a guest house in Falmouth through booking.com. so can cancel if
covid stops anyone travelling.
Couldn't find anything in Penzance within our price range.

I live in mid Cornwall. Try for somewhere around Truro or Wadebridge unless you'd prefer to be on the coast. Coastal areas will be more expensive. Excellent choice of Air B+B in Cornwall.

Aim for north coast for walking. I love it. Don't miss Bedruthan Steps. Tea room there.

Good link for you. www.visittruro.org.uk/shopping-things-do/truro-farmers-market

After April, September is one of the best months to visit.
