I have used Anne French cleansing milk since the 80s. I now cant find it anywhere. The last one I bought was only £3.00 at Savers, that was about 3 months ago. I have been looking on Ebay today, and the prices varied from £18.99 to £35.00, and that was for 1 bottle. There is no way I would pay that.
Does anyone know of any other milk cleanser ? I have tried a few other cleansers, but cant find a milky one.

Nivea do a cleansing milk, I think it’s about a fiver. Might be worth trying.

Maybe time to try something new. Micellar water is kind to skin and very effective. Lidl do one which is very cheap and no different to the expensive ones.

Simple do a nice 'nilky' cleanser, starlily106.

On a similar subject, my favourite ' fake tan', which is actually Asda Protect AfterSun with tan enhancer, is now unavailable.
I've used this for years, preferring it to Dove or Garnier. I wonder why manufacturers suddenly decide to discontinue popular products?

I love Anne French. I bought it from Boots a year or so ago and, prior to that found it in a small independent chemist. It leaves your skin feeling really fresh.

I find Body Shop Aloe cleanser really good - suits my quite sensitive skin well

I can’t find it on the internet. I’ve been using L’Oreal cleanser with magnesium. But it isn’t as refreshing as Anne French and nothing cleans your skin better.

I bought Anne French about a month ago for £3.49 at Bodycare.

I also use the l'oreal and stock up when it's on offer, usually at one of other shop.

Don't worry ladies, it went out of stock like this about a year ago. It will be back in stock again soon. I think it's something to do with the manufacturer not being able to source one of the ingredients. Keep a look out for good old Ann French, it'll be back I'm sure!

I always found Anne French was like using paint stripper on my skin.

I spoke to the manufacturer in Folkestone 2 weeks ago and he told me they stopped making it in late 2021 with no plans to bring it back. He also advised not to buy from auction or shopping sites as they will be fakes. My mum has been using it for years and the chap I spoke to did mention what he heard people were using instead but as I was in town, I couldn't write down what he said. ?
