Has anyone else noticed that Baby Shark in any form transfixes their toddler grandchild and affects his behaviour after viewing?

Not exactly hypnotic but very difficult to stop hearing in your head. I think they call it an ear worm.’ Never smile at a crocodile ‘ is another one for me. But I can never remember the second line. Oh no. It’s started me off again
????. ???

‘You can’t get friendly with a crocodile’? I used to sing that to my GS!

Only yesterday, dil sent me a video of dgd (2) singing herself to sleep with that song, and with a caption saying it is by far her favourite song at the moment.

My 22 month old granddaughter would listen to Baby Shark all day if permitted, whereas my three year old grandson loves a French nursery rhyme about a crocodile and can sing it beautifully (his mother is French).

I seem to remember BabyShark was the song that Jess Phillips got children to sing outside Downing Street. I can't remember why now. It is mildly irritating but then I'm not 5 .
