Think you will see your answer on the monday will you watch thread.
I like her even less than before.
Imo she is sly.
The RF is well rid of this attention seeking pair.
They think they have problems ?? What a sham.
Short of something to do and worry about !
No, I haven’t changed my mind. I still think that they are self serving, attention seeking, entitled and insincere.
I do think that they may have a genuine concern regarding the question apparently asked by a senior royal regarding the colour of their child’s skin. I think it is cruel and nasty to toss that grenade and let all of the royal family come under suspicion. Either name the name and let that person defend themselves and face the consequences or not say it at all.
What they have done is brought their family, the monarchy, the country Harry purports to love in to disrepute for their own ends.
I wish I hadn’t watched and won’t be following any further stories about them.
I'm sad that they could do this to the Queen and have little respect left for them now.
I didn't watch it but Mr. S. did. From what he's told me, others have said and from what I've read my opinion of M is the same but my opinion of H has plummeted.
No I haven't changed my mind at all, but I'm sure some gullible viewers across the pond will now see her as a victim of the cruel, cold hearted, racist RF who imprisoned her in their gilded cage and ignored her pleas for help.
She has already been caught out lying about their imaginary wedding ceremony, so can you trust anything she says?
When you think of all the taxpayers' money that went her way it is truly shocking that she can whinge and moan about the way she was treated.
I think that interview will only harden our hearts towards her in the UK but it will no doubt get a lot of sympathy in the USA which was the intention.
I just keep wondering, what was it M thought they would get and why is she so disappointed? I have no idea why she thought her children would be princes and princesses, it's nothing to do with racism, it's purely about the line of succession. I just checked quickly on google and found the answer. No haven't changed my mind. Just feel very sad for all of them really, family fall outs are horrible even if they are not aired with OW and how do they move on from this is anyone's guess.
I haven’t changed my mind, both are self centred, greedy, love the camera and have no problem with telling porkies.
Thought her performance yesterday was worthy of an Oscar.
I used to like them now I don’t.
All it showed was that we all have different perspectives on our situation. Meghan was told it’s how things are. In other words we have all had our share of the rubbish that is written. Just sit tight and it changes. However, she just saw it as injustice. The Queen’s advice to another member of the Royal family was “Never complain and never explain”. The point is that she didn’t or couldn’t give it time. As for Archie not being a prince in case he was dark skinned! Surely it was the slimming down of the Royal family wanted by Prince Charles. Then we hear that someone has mentioned their children may be dark skinned. This may or may not have had racist undertones or a simple observation. Who knows? My conclusion. I feel sorry for the Royal family who are probably not going or can’t answer back.
I didn't watch this but was surprised she apparently said they had married 3 days before the wedding!
I didn't even know this was possible!
So was the "Royal Wedding" a sham? Or was she referring to something else and is just wrong?
Very confused about this. Tried to Google it quickly but got stuff about a second marriage (before Harry). Don't think that's right either...
It has been explained in The Times today, it was a private exchange of vows, so in a sense a marriage, but not a legal ceremony.
It's probably unfair but I kept seeing Wallis Simpson. My advice to any thin brunetteAmerican divorce in her late thirties who have a rather weak British Prince is don't part your hair in the centre and tie it back in a bun.
Even her father passed off the question on the colour of the baby's skin as just a " dumb question and not racism ".
I still feel sympathy for everyone involved. I can’t find any reason to take sides. Estrangement is devastating for everyone involved.
They believe that the press, fed by ‘the palace’ , began to paint both of them but especially her, in a negative light. They decided to do this interview in fight back mode. It made uncomfortable viewing. It did remind me of the treatment Diana was subjected to. Of course, that is Harry’s major driver.
I wondered about Sarah ,Duchess of York “ rushing out t meet her and teaching her how to curtsey” when first meeting the Queen.
I thought DoY was very much persona non grata at royal meet-ups.
Did I get this story wrong.
No, my opinion has not changed.
I did not watch but saw so many snippets throughout the day I felt that I had.
How to make a mountain out of a molehill.
I can’t get over Harry being to ‘embarrassed’ to help her.
Actually I think I have.
Up till know I thought that she used him and engineered the estrangement for reasons of her own.
Now, given some of the revelations, I rather think that he has used her as a vehicle for his own angers and jealousies.
He told her that his brother had asked him to take time. He said it was racial.
He didn’t tell her anything about Royal Protocols and left her to find out on the day.
He saw her struggling and told her she couldn’t get help.
Who dismissed the Aides put in place to ease her into Royal life I wonder?
No, I still think she’s not a nice person. But she was the person he choose for a reason.

“Lying about imaginary wedding” is pushing it a bit. It has been explained that the ceremony she mentioned was a private exchange of vows with the A of C, so in a sense a marriage, but not a legal ceremony.
Grandmajet, once an actor always an actor. Meghan would have known full well how to " act" within the Royal quarters without Harry's help. He probably thought she'd already know so it wasn't a case of embarrassment on what should be done but him telling his granny how to suck eggs.
Sorry, but I just don't believe them.
Totally unfair knowing that the Royal Family can't " fight back ". What a cowardly way of doing. I never did go along with one-sided arguments/ discussions.
