Me too. My daughter sends me one, then I end up flicking through a million others. There are only so many DIY projects and hair braiding videos I need to see, but the next thing I know, an hour has passed and I still haven't cleaned the kitchen .

Otherwise, various discussion boards, knitting and playing 'finding' games.

Refreshing a facebook rescue to see if any new cats are available.Scrolling through some sites I follow.When I wake up I do wordle and another puzzle and about 2 hours later I can still be online.

Not tidying as I go, so I have to spend a whole day tidying

Wordle, Solitaire, Suduko, jigsaws all online with my morning coffee.
I read my kindle in bed at night, real books during the day.
Knitting and TV in the evening.

Am not sure that any of the above are a waste of time though, as they are pastimes, and hobbies.Even daydreaming has it’s place and staring into space from a comfortable armchair, my own favourite, is calming or using my imagination in defusing a potential situation or conversation, for when it arises.
