Hi nina are you entering on a mobile or a desktop computer? Unfortunately it's only possible to enter from a desktop at the mo. Hope that solves it for you
Sorry nina - it's not a temporary thing I'm afraid 
we're not able to process the entries from a mobile unfortunately. This is just for the Facebook competitions though - the on-site ones are all fine to enter from a mobile!
