I downloaded the symptom tracker a couple of weeks ago. Once a day, you answer 2 or 3 questions about your symptoms. Every now and then they email you the results and a link to a blog.
They estimate that the lockdown has had the following results:
In the latest blog post, they estimate that infections are down by almost half a million.
Also that the number of calls to 111 is falling.
I might start ONLY reading this instead of the news. It's much more positive and doesn't make me anxious.
Why not download it? The more people who do it, the more accurate their results.
