Can't believe it when I see 'Ladies' not washing their hands!

We once had a restaurant near us in which, in the ladies, there was a carved sculpture of a naked man. If you lifted the fig leaf (which was hinged) a note read 'You have now rung a bell in the restaurant'. So many red faced ladies would scuttle out of the ladies room!

Apparently, before all this, Oxford University did a survey in public loos. I might be slightly out with the figures but, approximately 60 percent of men and 30 percent of women left after using the loos without washing hands.

The argument by those who don't wash their hands is sometimes that they haven't touched anything .

What about the door handles for a start?
