Government paper on freeing schools from bureacracy

The government has brought out this document regarding teachers' complaints that their job now involves too much data collection and ohehr paperwork.

Could this be a breakthrough that will leave teachers free to teach or is it just window-dressing? What do our ex-teachers here on gransnet think?

Window dressing.
That Education Endowment Foundation won't last above two- years or until direct funding runs out whichever comes sooner.
