I have a real yearning for a bowl of rice pudding!! But it’s late in the evening!! Too late for the oven method.
I remember making rice pudding in the microwave years ago, but cannot for the life of me find the recipe and timings I must have used then. I’ve googled and googled but only find recipes using already cooked rice. The recipe I vaguely remember was a traditional pudding rice, milk, butter, nutmeg basic recipe ...... I suppose I could experiment but I thought I’d ask you lovely people first! Or I could just pop to Tesco Express for a tin ? (ps I haven’t got pudding rice in the larder, but do have arborio rice which I think might do!)
