Who can recommend beach tent for the babies? Any recommendations, please.

Plenty of online reviews I would imagine, you can get ones that block the UV rays.

Where in the world do you live - or plan to be?

As I've said before, there must be a magical land where Coronavirus just doesn't exist.

People there live happy and free - the way we did last year. It reminds me of Narnia, or Alice in Wonderland - available for all in our own imaginations!

Book me a ticket, please!

Have a look on Amazon or Go Outdoors there are so many different shapes and sizes available.

Hetty58 if you live close to a beach what is wrong with visiting it, especially if it is a nice quiet one?

I got one in Lidl but they only have them in the summer.

Thanks for the recommendation. I also found this review miniscreeny.com/best-baby-beach-tent

I spent all of the last lockdown on our nearby deserted beach with my DGS. It was the loveliest summer I have ever had. Wish I had thought to get a tent!

What on earth was that comment about Hetty58 ?

Kimiles asked a perfectly reasonable question which deserved some helpful suggestions.

Her question had nothing whatsoever to do with covid did it ?

Sorry I can’t help with any tent recommendations but it sounds a lovely idea to be prepared for outings even during the winter.

I have one of these in my outside covered play area. I filled it with sand this summer and the children spent hours sitting in it and playing "at the beach."

GagaJo I live as far from the coast as you can get, though as a child my family always lived near it in different locations. I found it very claustrophobic when I first moved inland to go to college.

Only problem with this type of pop-up tent is trying to fold up again! I was struggling with tent, baby and beach stuff and ended up having to ask a friendly looking woman to hold the baby while I figured out the tent.

I have one of the pop up tents. Mine just folds back on itself and goes flat. 5 seconds. and it’s under my arm.
