Morning Mike and everyone

All the mist which blocked out the sun yesterday has gone, but rain if forecast for today.

Want to go to the garden centre today to buy plug plants for pots. Also have my eye on a couple of clematis and a Chinese silver grass to go amongst the asters.

Must go and get the dog in as he is barking at the frogs and making too much noise for a Sunday morning!!

Morning All

A grey day in Norfolk after what looks to have been a rather wet night. More rain is forecast for later today.

The pond is heaving with frogs now but I can't see any frogspawn yet. I feel sorry for the fish having their peaceful life so interrupted.

Good morning all.
It's grey and dull in N Kent. With rain forecast. I'm sort of still in bed, the dog walkers are out early in the field behind us. The owners have more energy than me !

Good morning from a grey skied Colchester. No rain here yet.
Restful Sunday apart from a pile of ironing. Roast Beef this evening.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A grey start in South Yorkshire. It has rained and is forecast to do so again. We are watching GS play football again so another Sunday morning standing in the rain. Hopefully it will nit Ben as wet as last weekend. Hey ho! Not sure what the rest of the day will bring, but I will try and build a bacon sandwich into it somewhere! Have a happy day, folks!

Greyduster Sun 12-Mar-17 08:17:15

It will nit Ben???? Oh for God's sake!

Good morning all, sunny in Liverpool for the moment so might get out in the garden.

Good morning from France , here to partipate in one of our village fêtes, that of Ste Perpétue, patron saint of young people and children( or so they say) who, somehow, from Rome made it to this little sleepy village, although rumour is that the nobles of the area brought her relics here rather than her person.

Enjoy your Sunday, everyone.

Morning all from a grey and soggy North Leicestershire.

Yet another blinking trip to the big blue and yellow warehouse for us today. DH cut too much off the work top that serves as his desk so we need another. Hey ho. Anyone one want 5ft of kitchen work top? grin

Good morning, was wet overnight but now mild and looking promising. DC and GC visiting this afternoon so need to stir my stumps soon.

Good morning to you all, we again have one of those mornings where the sun is there, but not getting through the mist, it has stayed that way for the past two days, but fortunately is not cold. Not a lot planned for the day, might go to the nursery for some plants, or might try to encourage the other half to take a short walk with me, he needs to exercise more, and I am getting too used to sitting around with him. Not good for either of us. Enjoy your days.

Good morning from the edge of London. It was a glourious day yesterday, positively balmy took the grandchildren to Bushy Park, many of the children there were wearing their summer clothes, coats and even jackets weren't needed at all. Hoping for a quieter day today with a big shop at Waitrose so we get the Sunday Times free grin and then a lazy afternoon reading it. Yessterday was knackering my heart goes out to those grandparents who do childminding on their own for a whole weekend, one day with two of us looking after the two of them 9am to 7pm, totally exhausted went home had a glass of wine and fell asleep through most of the 9pm Scandi series I had been looking forward to.

Good morning everyone. There are patches of blue so it could be a decent day in Lancashire.
The family are not coming today and I'm disappointed. Don't feel like doing much but will listen to The Archers and maybe take a walk this afternoon.
Have a good day all GNers.

Good morning to all from France. Low grey cloud. Yuk! Pottering about gingerly - back still very tweaky. Patience needed.

Go well on this day.

It's a lovely day here in the Brecon Beacons. Windows and doors open and about 12 frogs croaking in our pond.....spring is on its way
