Good morning Mick - where is everybody?
Looking like another glorious Spring morning. Off to have lunch with youngest DD , on her own as SIL is away on business, so I shall enjoy being cooked for!!

Happy Mothering Sunday everyone

Visit Mum today, might hear from my offspring as well. With luck!

Glorious sun but very chilly wind. Time to tie in the growing clematis as the wind might break them. Battering the poor old daffs. Mice have eaten a petunia, an osteospermum and a daisy I was growing for my summer tubs sad. Little monsters.

Good morning from the Languedoc again! Clear, sunny day expected. Far from any offspring but messages arriving nonethless. Not Mothering Sunday here until May. Good, long walks and fresh air planned today. Enjoy your Sunday everyone! sunshine

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A lovely day in South Yorkshire again - still cold, but it should warm up. After yesterday's shocking start to the day, I am getting up slowly this morning, but we are supposed to be going to watch GS play footie, so I am hoping for the best; I would hate to miss it. Hope Sunday is kind to all - mothers and non-mothers alike!

Morning all!

It looks as though we are going to have another lovely day in my bit of the East Midlands. I am intending to garden this morning and then cook pork for dh and I.

Enjoy your days everyone. sunshine

Good morning, cold, clear and bright here. DS and family coming this afternoon and DD has said she will ring from abroad this morning.
Spent a couple of hours in the garden yesterday.

ninathenana Sun 26-Mar-17 08:58:59

Morning all
It would seem our body clocks are on winter time Maw unless someone confesses to forgetting to change their clocks.
Looks like another sunny day in Kent.

Bright and breezy here in East Sussex. Happy mothers day to one and all. I'll be cooking the roast after calls and visits from DDs.

Good morning everyone, and what a glorious morning it is, might be a bit chilly, but who cares when the sky is so blue and everything looks so bright and cheerful. Out to lunch with son later on, so that will be enjoyable, and no washing up. Enjoy your days.

TriciaF Sun 26-Mar-17 09:41:00

Lovely and bright here too, though there's a chilly, easterly wind. I put our bedroom clock back an hour instead of forward, so running late!

Good morning everyone, and Happy Mothering Sunday.
It's a beautiful morning again, the Tyne Valley is looking very spring-like. There are new leaves appearing in the hedgerows, and daisies on the verges. They sky is blue although there are more clouds around than yesterday. It's still chilly, but I hope it turns out as warm as yesterday. DS coming for lunch as he does every Sunday, we are having roast lamb.
Have a lovely day everyone.

Morning All. Bit of a lie in then I have a date with the weeds. Family are cooking later so a good day ahead. Hope Sunday is kind to everyone.

Good morning all. Its a lovely day and feels as if it might really be spring especially as I've just had to evict a very large bumblebee from my bathroom.

Late Morning All

Woke early, had a browse on the iPad, got dressed, had breakfast, sat down - and fell asleep again! A beautiful day in Norfolk and I've put away my depressing Granny Boots in favour of some hippy shoes. Summer is on the way!

Two lots of offspring and some young mates are descending on us after lunch, plus dogs to celebrate DHs birthday today with tea and cake. Provided it's defrosted in time! He doesn't acknowledge birthdays any more but we all do!

Mapleleaf Sun 26-Mar-17 12:36:10

Greetings, all. Rather late with this post - my bedside radio controlled clock didn't go forward, so still thought I had plenty of time for church. Ended up rushing! Oh well. At least it's a beautiful day again. Off to our niece for lunch shortly. ?
