Morning Mick and everyone

It's hot and balmy here on the south coast too and looks like continuing for the next few days at least. Feels good to have some real summer weather.

Happy days all sunshine

Morning All

Hot and sunny here again in Norfolk. It was so hot and humid here yesterday that DGS overheated yesterday and wasn't well for a while.

The family have descended for the weekend and we're all off round to DS's this morning for brunch before they all depart again. A bit of a flying visit but much appreciated.

I haven't GN'ed much over the last couple of days Marydoll but I think someone else was complaining about links the other day. Perhaps its the weather!

Morning All. Clear blue sky in our corner of Somerset. There have been problems, marydoll. If you click/tap on the name of the most recent poster on a thread in the last hour section you should be able to get in. Access via Active was working properly. Not sure how. GN are aware. Apparently not ecerykne is affected, no idea why. Hope Sunday is kind to everyone.

Good morning from hot, sunny Colchester.
I don't do hot, so probably won't do much today. There might be thunderstorms here later.
I've had no problems with GN.

Morning all

Glorious hot summer weather.

Get up early is this weather and do "hot" stuff like ironing before the heat and then relax.

Off for a few days break tomorrow - so will pack a bit today. Shorts and silk tops by the look of the weather !!!!!

Hope my pots survive -will flood them this evening.
We will leave early tomorrow as well in order to avoid the midday heat.

Mustard chicken for supper

A bit of a lie in this morning after yesterdays early start. Nothing planned, except cooking H steak for dinner his favourite as F D treat. Won't see D though as she working.

Good morning from a summery north east. Spent the whole day in the garden yesterday and it looks like another scorcher today.

Mapleleaf Sun 18-Jun-17 09:49:06

Good morning from a bright and sunny South Yorkshire. We are in for another very hot day, I think.
Yesterday I saw something I'd never seen before ( except on the telly) - a swarm of bees flew across the sky above our garden. Could hear them approaching from some distance, but at first thought it was the hum of the bikes of a group of cyclists. An amazing sight! I wonder where they chose for their new home? ?

ninathenana Sun 18-Jun-17 10:43:03

You were priviledged Mapleleaf I'd have been holding my breath till they had flown out of sight and didn't come down near me.

Good Morning from a hot and sunny West Cheshire!
We'll be spending a lot of time sitting under the awning today, it's a bit too hot for anything else!
Went for a walk along the beach at 6-00 this morning, it was lovely, just us and three dog walkers!
Hope everyone has a good daysmile
