Morning all,
It's still cloudy and cool in South Yorks but a good day for the washing. Cleared and rearranged some book shelves in the study this morning. Still looks cluttered but a tidier clutter!! I'm just so poor at parting with books. Oh, well. It's a start. ?

Good morning all. It's very overcast in Cheshire. There was a huge queue at my bird feeder this morning they were lining up for the next vacant feeding hole.

Good morning, it is overcast and windy in the north east and we had rain last night. I am keeping an eye on the weather as we have a family wedding tomorrow and the reception is in a marquee in the garden. The marquee has a floor but we still have to navigate the rest of the garden in heels.

Good morning to all. Came down south to my daughter's yesterday - where has the sun gone? The grey morning is just like the north! Enjoy your day.
Going to make DD a nice dinner tonight when she gets back from work so got all day to potter on and go to local shops etc.

Morning All

There were signs of overnight rain when I got up but the sky is clear and blue now.

You're right WW our garden is changing colour too with much bolder darker purples and reds coming to the fore. And getting blousier. My job for today is sticking support stakes in.

Good morning Michael and all GNs. Cloudy cool and breezy in South Yorkshire this morning. I had forgotten what the devils own job it is to get a ten year old up in the morning, and DH has a nosebleed, which has nosebled onto DDs bedroom carpet. Oh happy day! Have a good one folks.

Morning everyone

Bright morning. Sat watching the birds in the garden.

The garden is changing from early summer colour to late summer colours so from pinks and blues to purples and oranges. Each season has its colours doesn't it?

I think this year from everyone's comments has been one of the best years ever for the amount and quality of flower. The roses have been magnificent and there is obviously going to be a second display judged by all the buds.

Thinking of putting back a little pond that we have covered over because the dog kept standing in it and getting trench foot!! Think he may have grown out of it as he's 8 this year.

Mary Berrys Stilton and courgette Tarts for supper. Yesterday we tried a pot roast breast if lamb which we haven't had for donkeys years. But decided it really is too fat although extremely tasty and tender so won't have it again,

Good morning Mick and Nana. Dull with a glimmer of sunshine in Renfrewshire. A bit breezy, but the washing will dry in no time.
Rheumatology appointment this morning and then supermarket shopping. DH hates the supermarket, he says it is full of old people him ,who block the aisles talking him. He would never do that.grin
I hope everyone has a good day.
