It's a bright but cloudy start in North Leicestershire and the forecast looks dire.

Ironing and chili making today and I need to do some phone calls. DH gets his new car today - hurrah - it means he won't keep borrowing mine when I need it.

Morning all ! Lovely in Leicester so far. Mum recognised me yesterday and stayed awake for two hours - so unpredictable. I reached base camp with the ironing mountain yesterday so still a way to go.

Good morning from Torquay. We are on our holiday in Devon. Looks like a fine morning which is good as we are going for a railway journey and a boat trip round the bay later this morning. Must get ready as I'm meeting DH for breakfast. He has gone out in search of a daily paper.

Morning everyone! I think we may have a nice day ahead here on the south coast. DH is going out with his cycling club and I am going to the hairdresser. Choir tonight and we are in full rehearsal mode for our two Christmas concerts. It will be fun.

Hope that paw escapes today, Rory is still battling on and everyone with back pain or other troubles has an easier day.
