Good morning, Michael, and all GNs. A lovely sunrise in South Yorkshire but don't know what sort of day it heralds. Dry I hope. Nothing much planned but a bit more gardening. Have a good one, folks.

Morning Mick, Greyduster and All. Cloudy in our corner of Somerset. Doesn't feel too cold. Cleaning today and a trip to pick up a parcel. Nothing exciting. Still sniffling. Hope Wednesday is kind to everyone.

Good morning Mick and everyone. It's grey in Lancashire too. How quickly time goes, 20th September already.
Thanks for all good wishes yesterday, it really helps. Mum was more settled and comfortable, she's well looked after.
Have a good day.

Good morning Mick and all GNs.
Grey and dark this morning, heating on. A childminding day and off to lunch with BIL and SIL to let them spend time with DGD.
Enjoy your day everyone, Nana3, I'm glad your mum is more settled.

Morning everyone! Grey but dry in Leicester. Tomorrow I am having a McMillan coffee morning (which seemed like a good idea at the time!) so today is cleaning, organising and baking. I suppose I shall have to taste things too - there goes the diet again!grin

Morning all from Morecambe!

It's quite a dull start here but the forecast looks reasonable.

It was lovely in the Lake District yesterday - warm enough to have a drink outside along with hundreds of other people.

Enjoy your Wednesdays everyone. sunshine

Good morning Mick Kitty and All.

Glad you are having fun Kitty we too are having a lovely hols in Shropshire. It's our last day so we are visiting a lovely big antiques centre where I bought two fab pendants last year, so maybe I will be lucky again.

Glad your Mum is a little better Nana

Good morning from a dull Black Country. Although it started yesterday very misty but by midday was glorious sunshine, so I went for a walk with a friend on The Clent Hills. First time I have been mid-week, and it was lovely without the usual weekend crowds,

I am going out for lunch with Mum today as it's my birthday. Partner is at work so we will celebrate at the weekend.

Pleased your Mum is more settled Nana3.

Enjoy your day everyone sunshine

Good morning, everyone.
I'm afraid I missed the lovely sunrise, greyduster, but it is now very overcast here. Hope it brightens up - we were spoiled yesterday with such a glorious day weren't we? DH and I went to a local country house for a walk around its beautiful gardens. It looked glorious in the lovely Autumn sunshine, so calm and serene.
Glad you had a lovely day at the Lakes yesterday, kitty and hope it's the same in Morecambe today.
Enjoy your day wherever you are.

Morning all!

Bit later than usual due to a small domestic problem. Now sorted. It seems we are promised some rain this morning here on the South Coast and the sky certainly looks as if it might oblige. I have put the CH on as I felt cold to my bones, which makes them ache.

DH is out with his bike club but I suspect he'll be back by midday if the rain does turn up. I have choir tonight and more rehearsing for our Christmas concerts. We are doing some lovely John Rutter carols amongst other things.

Glad the Lake District put on its best coat for you kitty and hope Morecambe is doing so too.

Happy days everyone! sunshine

Good morning everyone. The sun is trying to peep through here in kent and its quite mild, a perfect day for walking. Which is what we are doing shortly. Then popping in to gift some bags to the local hospice and later pick up gd and gs at school.
Good wishes to you all. Have a lovely day, whatever you are doing. Imp, thinking of you. Enjoy the dark choc bounty...
