Morning Mick, morning all.

It looks as though we are going to have a reasonable day in North Leicestershire.

We are going to a funeral today - not someone we knew well but still a sad occasion.

Enjoy your days everyone.

Morning Mick and Kitty and everyone

It's overcast here on the south coast and the sun seems to have disappeared again. How I long for spring to kick start!

The car is going in for a 12 month service today so no doubt there will be a large bill to face along with road tax, insurance and RAC subscription. Hey ho. At least I can look forward to my big brother's birthday gathering of the clan in March.

Hope the day is a good one for all GNs sunshine

Morning All

Very drippy and damp in the north of Norfolk. Our lawn squelches. I feel sure we’re reverting to marshland.

I’m picking up my SiL to go and visit a mutual friend this morning. We’ve been invited for coffee and kitten playtime. She’s got two Ragdoll kittens. SiL is a definite, strongly dog person but I think they may win her over to the cat side.

Good morning Mick and everyone. Wet overnight but looks bright and promising in Chester, maybe some gardening today. Have a good day.

Good morning, grey and damp after the rain yesterday.
DH has a hospital appointment and we have our monthly meeting of Antiquarians.

Good morning Michael and all GNs. Sunny in South Yorkshire. GS still here but he goes home this morning ☹️. Then some tidying up! Have a good day folks.

Morning all.

Still wet and miserable after rain all day and night in Kent. On the up side it's quiet mild.
Food shopping this morning.
If it's your kind of film, we thoroughly enjoyed Black Panther yesterday.

cornergran Tue 20-Feb-18 08:04:56

Morning All. Bright, sunny morning in our corner of Somerset. You’ll miss your grandson greyd but maybe enjoy some down time. Take care today kitty, funerals can be hard. I’m meeting with. a GN pal after a haircut. Not looking forward to the haircut, just hate it. Hope Tuesday is kind to everyone.

Morning Mick and all

Wet, wet, wet over this side of Norfolk. Had plans to hop on the bus into Norwich but not sure if I fancy it in the rain. Nothing urgent so it can wait...

Those of you lucky souls with a drop of sunshine could you send some this way please? Thank you smile?

Have fun!

Good morning all.
The sun is shining here in Glasgow, hope it keeps up.
Off to shopping Mall to take back trousers. Why do I never learn not to shop in younger people's stores? The sizes are always unreliable. Either that or I have put on a phenomenal load of weight. sad

Pittcity Tue 20-Feb-18 08:18:53

Good morning from a wet, miserable Colchester. The drizzle hasn't stopped for over 24 hours.
Staying in and pottering today while DH gets over his man flu!

ginny Tue 20-Feb-18 08:21:42

Morning all.
Bright sunshine here in York for OH's birthday. We are off out for the day and plan to find a dog-friendly pub for lunch.
GS is away on his school residential so we get a lie-in each morning this week. Just read that grandparents who baby-sit live longer.
Have a good day.

Sar53 Tue 20-Feb-18 08:47:02

Good morning all. Wet and drizzly in Essex by the sea. Doctors appointment shortly, no plans for the rest of the day. Wish I could get rid of the hacking cough and sinus headache I wake up with every day.

NannyJan53 Tue 20-Feb-18 09:00:10

Good Morning all

Grey but dry here!

Off to meet up with Mum and my Brother today for lunch.

Then may tackle the ironing when I get back later this afternoon hmm.

Have a good day everyone.

MawBroon Tue 20-Feb-18 09:18:47

Good morning all. The rain earlier this morning here in N Bucks seems to have blown over (see, there was no point in getting up then!) and it is looking bright and breezy outside. Wishing you all a pleasant day.

cavaliermum Tue 20-Feb-18 09:43:41

It’s very still here on the Wild north east coast
Off to walk the dog by the sea
Need to make some decisions ( yes , one of those days ) and here comes the sunshine right on cue
?

Mapleleaf Tue 20-Feb-18 09:48:46

Good morning,
After yesterday’s non-stop rain, today is much brighter here in South Yorks, thank goodness. It makes you feel better seeing some brightness, doesn’t it?
Ringing friend later to see if she’s free for coffee after lunch. This morning must get to the supermarket!
Enjoy your day whatever your plans if you can ?.
