Good morning, I've got an early appointment at Addenbrooke's hospital on Tuesday and hoping the 'snow' holds off. The community driver is a little hyper so may cancel driving me.

Good Morning Mick - yes it's forecasting the white stuff for just about everywhere in the next few days. Hope it doesn't linger if it does come. It feels cold enough to snow here on the south coast but still bright and sunny.

Hectic day yesterday so hope for a quiet one today. Nothing much on the agenda so far. DD and DSiL are due back from their overnighter in Brighton in time to take DGS to his football match later so we can relax.

Morning All. Bright and cold start in our corner of Somerset. Busy family day yesterday celebrating two birthdays. Still a bit odd health wise but a good day. Off to our local NT today after Mr C’s birthday bacon buttie. I’m also watching the weather forecast as an early hospital appointment some mikes away later in the week. As ours has changed four times in the last 24 hours think I will just wait and see. Hope Sunday is kind to everyone.

It's very cold in North Leicestershire but I suspect it is going to get worse so I won't complain yet!

We are off to a Mid Century Fair today so if anyone can provide and financial contributions, DH would be very releived!!

South Downs me kitty and being high get this perishing easterly wind Brrrr.

We’ve had no snow so far this year , but it certainly looks possible this coming week. Although as corner says the forecast keeps changing.

Too chilly to do much outdoors except a brisk walk with the dog.

Still in a warm glow from yesterday’s brilliant Calcutta Cup result. Being Scottish and watching Six Nations rugby can be a trial at times, but yesterday was something else.

Morning, folks! Very cold wind here. I stepped outside the back door at about five o'clock to see if it was a Milky Way clear sort of morning. Not quite but very starry and a fierce wind chill factor. Sun's up now nice and bright ☀️

Tuesday is forecast for the worst snow in our area, we shall see.

Visiting DS and DIL this afternoon as DD is in the UK visiting too.
I do hope the snow is not too heavy when it arrives as we have to reach GD's village school to view her work and then take her home. The village is a 45 minute drive from home and we have a funeral just before we have to leave.

It's absolutely freezing here, but the sky is a beautiful shade of blue. Heating has been on since six, but the house is still cold.
Couldn't sleep, so washing done, scones in oven and now off for the papers. DH has kindly scraped my car.
