Good morning from the South Downs

Still mildish but rain overnight although it is looking brighter now.

I’m still struggling with a bad back - I have followed the advice about carrying on as usual, but it isn’t working as bending or sitting results in my hardly being able to move by the end of the day, so today I am carrying on as usual without bending or sitting - DH is picking up the slack. Hopefully I will be able to go walking today, yesterday it was so painful I only managed about 200 yds.

Sorry to go on a bit!!

Fed the roses in one part of the garden, planted some lily of the valley and fed some shrubs yesterday.

Enjoy your day everyone

Good morning from a grey, damp Colchester. Laundry and shopping today.
Glad it's going to be warmer this weekend than last as our heating is still not right and the engineer is coming back on Monday with a new hot water tank.....aaargh!

Good morning all, wet and grey in Glasgow.
Food shopping, housework and picking DD up from nursery.
Got some sale trousers which need the hems taking up, I've been putting it off for days.
Enjoy your day everyone.

Good morning, all.
A nice, bright morning. Supposed to stay mostly dry today, with longer sunny periods this afternoon. Hope that's right.
Meeting friends for lunch. Not seen them for a while, so looking forward to it.
Enjoy your day. ?

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. The sun is shining AGAIN in South Yorkshire. We could get used to this! But it is windy and, I fancy, chilly. We have some food shopping to do followed by sorting out the shed and maybe a bit of gardening - maybe..... Have a happy day folks.

Morning All. Overnight rain has left a heavy sky over our corner of Somerset. Food shop and then I must tackle what looks like a mountain of financial paperwork. Yuck and double yuck. Hope Friday is kind to everyone.

Morning everyone.
Very grey in Kent at the moment. I'm hoping the sun will come out as it has mid morning the last couple of days.
Food shopping and use a 2 for 1 voucher for a local gastro pub to have lunch out so no cooking tonight yeah !

Bellasnana Fri 23-Mar-18 07:07:21

Good morning from Malta. It is cold, wet and windy here. I pity the poor tourists who thought they were coming to the sun.

Hope everyone has a good day. smile

Good Morning everyone! It's been wet overnight here on the south coast but is set to return to sunshine today, according to the weather forecast.

We will be continuing the construction of a wood store near the kitchen door today so that the pile of logs in the garage can be moved, allowing access to sort out the "might come in" ever-growing piles that DH treasures in there. (Why does he need six bikes?)

Hope the day is a good one for all GNs sunshine

Morning all.
A bit grey and gloomy here in York. We have a busy day preparing the campervan for our trip to Derbyshire. Unfortunately OH has discovered that the toilet has sprung a leakshock. Better take a bucket with us. I'm not trekking to the toilet block in the middle of the night. Scary!
Have a good day everyone.

Morning Mick, morning all.

It is quite bright in North Leicestershire but there are a few dark clouds about.

Not much planned today apart from a visit to DS1 to do his week's vegetable chopping as his p/a is on holiday.
