Can anyone recommend a good magnesium supplement which won’t give me wind please? Am struggling with sore muscles after exercising and the magnesium I’ve had in the past has given me terrible wind!

Have you tried the magnesium flakes you can buy to go into a bath and you have a soak?k
When my GP here in France prescribed magnesium it came as a liquid in a phial which you take in a small amount of water - magna2.

Thank you for replying Welshwife and I had a nice hot bath with some Epsom salts and that did the trick. I’ll have a search for magna2.

I had a similar problem after exercise. I started using a magnesium spray which is supposed to be better because its absorbed through the skin, like the bath stuff. Apparently magnesium is not absorbed by the body orally. Anyway I find it very good, although it's not cheap. I still use it a few times a week as it relaxes you and helps me sleep. When you first start using it it tingles which is supposed to mean your body needs it, it no longer tingles when I use it these days.

I use Nature's Best Magasorb 375 tablets, one daily. My horrendous night leg and foot cramps completely stopped which in turn cured plantar fasciitis. can't recommend highly enough. Very helpful advice on the phone also,

I use magnesium oil, and it has helped to eliminate my leg cramps. I don't use it everyday but I really should..
The website below has a recipe to make the oil. It is super easy. You can add a few drops of essential oil if you like.
I add the magnesium oil ( a small amount) to body lotion as it makes it easier to apply to the skin.
