Not sure if it is due to all the gardening i have done recently or the change in the weather but this morning i could cry with the pain in my lower body. Everymovement is painful and trying to bend down to pick up something i dropped was impossible. I took my painkillers as usual and an hour later there has been no change. Going to make myself walk round the block, using my stick, as i feel not getting out everyday for some walking is not helping me.
