Hello, I wrote 18 months ago to say about my niece who died of cancer at the age of 30 In November 2018 leaving 3 children under 5. Her husband also aged 30 died the following May of an aneurysm, again leaving the children with no parents. At the time I was furious with my Sister who would not do her share of looking after any of the children and this was left to the other grandma. My Sister has not seen much of the children only on the odd occasion. I have to say I am now glad that my Sister didn’t get involved with the children as she too has just found out she has the same cancer as her daughter died from, colon cancer and has spread to her liver. I am not aloud to see her in hospital because of the covid virus. I am deeply upset by this as she is my only sister. I am now pleased that she never got too involved with the children though I thought it was very selfish at the time. Had the children got used to knowing her, yet again they would have had to go through the sad news of loosing their grandma.
To think that London, or anywhere else for that matter, does not belong to any one demographic
