Do you associate a pole with seedy nightclubs and 10-inch heels or do you agree that it's a great way to get fit? www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/10286504.British_pole_dancing_championships_to_take_place_in_Blackburn]]

Must say, I was surprised when visiting a friend in a very nice part of town to see two vehicles in the next driveway emblazoned with pole-dancing adverts. It seems to be increasingly popular & her neighbour seems to be running a very sucessful business.
Dont think these bones are up to it, though! smile

I know I've changed my own perception of pole dancing - it does seem to be the new fitness craze - I bet it was good to watch liminetta
