The psychology of supermarket shopping

I try to avoid it as much as possible and buy local but sometimes it is a necessary evil, the thing that really riles me is when they move things around as I like to make a rapid raid and I know they do it to make that impossible.

I love home delivery, in theory, but what they deliver is never quite right, wrong size bread buns or even worse a substitute wine when I have ticked no substitues

I just hate shopping. Can't be bothered sitting for ages looking through lists on the computer and like to see what I am buying so don't like home delivery. I try to use one of our many local farm shops as possible but have to bite the bullet and go to the supermarket sometimes.
