Are you proud to be a child of the Sixties?

Were you active as a teenager, student, young person, parent in the Sixties and Seventies? I just can't believe all those comments we read about 'Well nothing happened, it was a really ordinary time and I never saw anything of the Swinging Sixties'. We (myself and some other friends) have always felt sorry for people who didn't have those experiences from other generations missing out on the rise of the Beatles, and the 'Peace and love' ethos not to mention pop art, Easy Rider, Midnight Cowboy, the experimentation in theatre, music and fashion. I always feel we have such a lot to give just because of this amazing life expanding background (particularly compared with our parents) but let us know what you think!
