HS2 What does North Staffordshire need?

The Chamber of Commerce is seeking our opinion. There was some casual discussion at our meet up (by only 4 people) that Stoke would lose its' access to London (reducing we are told to only 3 fast trains a day). Business members regret this for ease of travel to meetings, others with relatives or interests (artistic , musical, historical) for which they need to travel south, expressed distress at this great advantage being removed from us. We will have to travel to Crewe or Manchester to access the service. Please let us know what you think as the Chamber of Commerce says we represent an important section of the society affected.(they are lobbying for better facilities for Stoke and North Staffordshire)
