Litter

Is anyone else as depressed as I am about the growing amounts of litter on roadsides and verges? I have recently started picking up litter as a volunteer near where I live in East Cornwall, but it's only the tip of the iceberg. The Council has a responsibility for clearing litter but it faces a huge problem.
