Most of the libraries (and some other centres) have free courses, look at 'Courses and Learning' under 'Computing' and the centres are listed under UK On-Line Centres. It's suggested that we find a friend who could benefit from the Internet and isn't using it and encourage them to go to one of these centres for a free course.
