Hello,

I'm a granny looking after 2 children who has recently moved to Windsor and I am looking for places to take the children. I have found Doodles Den above Windsor library which is a play cafe for Mums, Dad & Grannies and just a perfect place to relax with a coffee or lunch while the children play but there must be more to do. Has anyone any suggestions?

There is a nice small children's play area just beyond the railway station (the road towards Datchet) where you turn left into what is the start of a long car park and it is on the right. If you come in by car that car park is the one to use because if you travel to the end of the car park it is free at the weekends and only £3 for the day other times. If you park in the town the prices are horrendous.

Also there is a soft play centre at a Garden Centre can't remember the name it is not far from the road that comes in from Maidenhead.

I think also there are some little roundabouts by the river near the Swimming Pool.

I hope that helps.
