The cuts were announced in June by HSBC as the bank said its name would disappear from the High Street as it renames its retail branches.

The Loyalty cash Isa rate for Premier current account customers falls to 1.5 per cent. This is no higher than you can earn with the Government-sponsored National Savings and Investments Direct Isa, available online or over the phone.
