The only honourable thing for politicians who are now well aware of just how corrupted out democracy became to achieve the leave result in the fraudulent referendum to do is to STOP BREXIT ASAP and restore some semblance of decent democracy to our country.

In short, yes.

The massive irony about the findings by the Electoral Commission- is that due to the fraud and lies which are now PROVEN without a doubt, and therefore make a 2% majority irrelevant - is that they would normally cancel the results - but can't, legally, because, by OUR OWN SOVEREIGN LAWS - Referendums are, and can only ever be, advisory sad sad sad yes, sheer madness.

I never voted in 2016 for such devastating policies. We were subject to a campaign of deception & lies, extremists media anti EU propaganda, which is still happening. https:/
Brexit campaign group Vote Leave has been fined and referred to the police by the Electoral Commission for breaking electoral law. The independent watchdog found “significant evidence of concerns about leaves campaigning.” We had criminal activities, yet leavers say they had a massive victory (2%) which in my view that vote was not a safe result based on all the misconducts. So why are we allowing such extreme dogma affect a once decent British way of life ? Have we gone crazy?

trisher, I do have a theory, but perhaps best not published here ;)

Elegran Tue 17-Sep-19 17:58:38

If I said that you'd have to ask his mother, would that be asking for TMI?

trisher Tue 17-Sep-19 15:38:01

The Hulk was of course created through an accident with radiation, anyone any ideas what sort of accident created our PM?

Dinahmo Tue 17-Sep-19 12:09:57

Emilymaria You've described the tabloids perfectly. When flying regularly between France and the UK I always picked up the freebies, usually the D Mail because it had the most pages, as they were very useful with a new, in need of house training, puppy.

EmilyMaria Quote [Stop calling our irresponsible, mendacious, wanton prime minister 'Boris' - He's Johnson, Boris Johnson.] End Quote.

That's correct EmilyMaria, he should not be referred to as Boris, for he is to be addressed in the terms he has started, the Incredible Hulk.

Or just "The Bulk" might be appropriate as he Bulks at most situations he does not like.?

Apologies for my above post, pressed the post button before I finished text.

Annecan - yes, I think you've summed up right wing tabloids pretty well.

Emilymaria Tue 17-Sep-19 11:38:24

Stop calling our irresponsible, mendacious, wanton prime minister 'Boris' - He's Johnson, Boris Johnson. We are NOT on first name terms. And, sadly, many people think he is doing the right thing - especially those toilet paper publications who blare out that Europe is disrespecting him. He does not deserve respect.

Emilymaria Tue 17-Sep-19 11:35:02

And just WHAT has been redacted? It pertains to fuel shortages.

varian Mon 16-Sep-19 19:41:47

Nobody takes Boris the lying buffoon seriously - certainly not the serious politicians in the EU.

MaizieD Sun 15-Sep-19 19:11:30

Oh, come on , folks! I don't think you're taking this very seriously wink

trisher Sun 15-Sep-19 18:55:18

Boris says we're like the Incredible Hulk and we're coming out any way_ the man really does have an unfortunate term of phrase www.nbcnews.com/news/world/twitter-mocks-boris-johnson-after-he-compares-himself-hulk-n1054606

absthame Sun 15-Sep-19 18:17:10

In the war bonking Boris was not PM, if he had been I suspect Halifax would have been a happy man.

GillT57 Sun 15-Sep-19 16:34:33

we managed in the war WWMK2, pull yourself together.

growstuff Sun 15-Sep-19 16:02:06

Eat a bendy cucumber and a straight banana! Gaze lovingly at your blue passport! You'll be fine!

Who cares about Ireland, Gibraltar, those needing imported medications and the people who can't afford higher food prices?

Stop worrying, woman! hmm

GillT57 Sun 15-Sep-19 15:37:22

No need for that WWMK2, just get a Brexiteer to sing you an uplifting song.

Whitewavemark2 Sun 15-Sep-19 13:16:26

DH and I were just having a conversation about what we would do I’d DH life saving drugs could not be obtained post Brexit.

We came to the conclusion

Direct Action

Nothing to lose

By right wing tabloids I assume you mean stupid people
Who unlike you
Are incapable of making judgments based on what they see and experience every day

GrannyGravy13 Sun 15-Sep-19 12:08:29

Sorry back on track, if you drop your prices and increase your wages bill unless you significantly increase your turnover your profit margin will fall.

This does come with a plus side for a large company as it will reduce the amount of corporation tax due. Being a bit cynicical could this be his reason????

trisher Sun 15-Sep-19 12:03:12

paddyann It's The Wallaw. Well worth just looking in to see 1930s cinema building www.jdwetherspoon.com/pubs/all-pubs/england/northumberland/the-wallaw-blyth

Oh yes that's it the views were stunning, it was approximately 6 years ago and we couldn't visit the top of Snowdon as there was still so much snow. It had been a really snowy winter.

We also had 2 nights in Port Merion which we loved.
