CG has been appointed as head of the intelligence committee that is deciding when and if to release the report on Russian interference in UK politics.

This is the man who spent £13.8 million on a contract with a firm to operate cross channel ferries when the company didn't own any ferries. The govt had to pay £33 million to Euro tunnel in compensation. He privatised a large chunk of the probation service and banned prisoners from receiving books from friends and family. The latter was judged n court to be unlawful and the cost of correcting the work carried out by the private companies has been estimated to cost £171 million.

What are the chances of s getting to see the report?

Chris Grayling - Head of the Intelligence Committee is a contradiction in terms.

You beat me to it Framilode - I was about to say that's an oxymoron if there ever was one!

In the light of the UK being engulfed in a pandemic, I care very little who is in charge of the Russian report being released ( or not)
Other views are available.?

Perhaps they were being ironic? Or perhaps this is Boris’ idea of a joke to give us something to laugh at during this difficult time?

Isn't Raab the one who wasn't sure where Dover was? And didn't Grayling contract a company with no boats to run a ferry service?
