this is excruciatingly worrying

the massive price rises will be even more excruciating ,I still dont believe that Brexiteers ahd a clue what they were voting for ,especially those in poorer parts of the country. Its they who will be hit the hardest.I saw a list of tarrifs online recently and some were 70% or more when compared to the zero tariffs with the EU .

I can't see there being a deal either.
I knew this would come back and bite the Brexiteers.

I don’t see “massive” price rises but I have yet to set any potential benefits on the horizon, Brexiteers did not have a clue what they were voting for they just believed the “evil EU” and “cherry picking “ propaganda.

We are, were we are, and have to make the best of it, so if PA is right and prices do go up, we buy less and loose weight.

But I thought that 'going WTO' was going to be wonderful? People were getting very excited about it when we thought we were going to crash out* with no deal in March 2019.

*(we were severely rebuked for using the term 'crash out' ? )

I'd start stockpiling....

If more people had got off of their backsides and voted then maybe we would still be in the EU.
Don’t blame those that Did go out and vote.

It’ll be another case of “winging it”, Boris’s preferred method of ministration it seems. ?

We are in deep do-do

Perhaps the grans here who live in EU will kindly send the UK grans fruit, veg, meat and medicines ;) that is if they can get across the water ;)

But, A very high percentage of our trade doesn't even come from the EU!

varian Sun 26-Jul-20 19:04:08

The majority of our trade is either within the EU or with other countries under EU treaties.

But, A very high percentage of our trade doesn't even come from the EU!

But we don’t have a trade agreement with any of the others except some very tiny countries like Switzerland.

We are stuffed!
