So he wants to delay the election saying if it goes ahead it will be the most inaccurate and fraudulent in history.
What, even if he is re elected ?

He is predictable.

The is plenty of time to make safe voting arrangements wether that is postal voting or just more voting stations. No reason at all for postponing election.

Trump has pulled back on that. The existing date for the vote is remaining.
Obviously the GOP have had a word.

I'm no fan of The Donald but I don't like postal voting ( except in the case of illness or maybe per-booked holiday). It isn't difficult to go to the polling station and vote. It seems to be available to all now here and I'm sure there is coercion in some cases.

I had an email from a relative in the US yesterday who is confident the tide has finally turned and he is now on course for defeat.

It made me wonder if he’ll let it go that far. Or will he throw any remaining toys from the pram and resign before then and blame it on the media and fake news. The man child won’t cope well with defeat.

He's the master of distraction. This little gem of idiocy was tweeted on the day the figures about the dire economic state of the US came out, and since he was banking on a strong economy to get re-elected, he had to create some smoke and mirrors. Mind you, if he could get the election postponed, I'm willing to bet he would, just to have a few more days/weeks/months as President.

I think the pandemic did for him. Crashing economy left his MAGA in tatters.

That's just what I said to DH last night !
If he got a thumping majority would he started tweeting about it being a massive fraud?

A bit like Farage saying a 52/48 majority would not be the end of it ...
