A bit of useless information

I wondered how and if a government might collapse.

I expect those more knowledgable already know, but apparently it can fall in one of two ways. (Which exasperatingly I knew but had forgotten)

1. Vote of no confidence

2. If a budget it presents is voted down.

Obvious really, but my brain didn’t compute it this morning.

And that is why the nonsense presented by Kwarteng was absolutely NOT a budget Wwm2

i was on the bbc news website yesterday and they said that some mps have sent letters of no confidence in liz truss, i would prefer a general election as we did not vote for truss, this way we would see what the people wanted, i am not a tory or labour, i am snp.

In the words of Norman Lamont on Black Wednesday: “today has been a very difficult day”. These are not circumstances beyond the control of Govt/Treasury . They were authored there. This inept madness cannot go on

It's very difficult at the moment. The country has been brought to its knees and there's going to be real suffering most inflicted by a government on its own electorate. There is going to have to be real change, I can't see the country standing for 2 years of this. I can only think that a no confidence vote with be the end of this so called government. How much damage before then is anyone's guess.
