Non-invasive a cosmetic surgery?

Have posted this on here because I cannot find a health And beauty thread. I was going to have micro needling done but apparently they have stopped using that technique, at this clinic l want to use in Exeter and are doing something called Endymed instead which according to them is the next stage up much better, obviously they’re going to say things like that I know. Anyway I just wonder if any of you have had any thing like this, any sort of facial procedures that do not involve scalpels just be nice to hear your opinions and experiences
