A bit weird that the heading to this list has a typo!

I read a message yesterday that someone had had a 'pavlova' of a day - spellcheck has a lot to answer for grin

My granny's aspidistra is still flourishing in my daughter's house! I've seen it for well over 70 years and it was a big healthy plant then, I wonder how old it is!

Shades of Gracie Fields. My old Aunt had an aspidistra on a whatnot, brings my childhood all back.

Tegan - you’ve just given me an earworm! Plus a memory of DGM’s flourishing aspidistra being popped out into the gutter when it rained!

Keep reading it a Aspidestra and now can't stop humming the song...

The Accidental Apostrophe and other misadventures in punctuation by Caroline Taggart. I’m wondering whether to ask Santa for this!
