What I did do instead was make gingerbread coffee ( I raided the baking cupboard) grin Better than Starbucks and way less calorific!

I have been in the habit of drinking one large glass of red with my evening meal, for years. I have been slowly gaining weight that a diet doesn't seem to shift. - 2 weeks ago decided to only have wine with meal at weekends - have steadily lost 2.7 kg since then. Will be sticking with this - though may blip over Christmas!
