Sitting here tonight, I have some time to read over old posts on all sorts of subjects here on Gransnet, many of them regarding relationships with their children.
It has prompted me to print Kahlil Gibran's On Children - this may have been posted before, so apologies if this is so, but really it puts everything regarding our offspring into perspective. Happy end of the year to everyone.
Your children are not your children.
They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself.
They come through you but not from you,
