So to speak. In the area of Antarctica where sea ice is not expanding, it seems that the melting of glaciers is caused by volcanos underneath the ice. It's interesting to note that the area of west Antarctica that is affected is on the so-called Pacific Rim of Fire – edge of tectonic plate renowned for earthquakes and volcanic action.

Does that mean we have to review the theory of Global Warming melting the glaciers.?
